To volunteer your time with Seton Home you must first:
Confidentiality Statement
As you begin your volunteer experience with Seton Home, we would like you to take this opportunity to review our confidentiality statement. It is our expectation that our volunteers talk with family, friends and coworkers about their volunteer experience; however, volunteers are asked to refrain from the following:
If you become concerned about the well-being of a resident based on information you have learned or anything you might observe on campus, please speak with the Program Director, Kim Jones, or any staff member as soon as possible. If you witness and/or hear of any abuse, neglect or potentially harmful behavior toward a child or teen, you must immediately report this to the Program Director. If this person is not available you will need to notify the Executive Director, Margret Starkey, or the Associate Director, Mary Curlee.
For the safety and well being of our moms and babies we ask that all volunteers agree to and sign this confidentiality statement.
I have read, understand, and agree to the above statement.
