Through our network of health care providers, we make sure our residents have access to any number of medical needs, including:

• Prenatal and postnatal care
• Dental and vision check-up
• Annual well-mom and well-baby check-ups
• Emergency services

In addition, Seton Home has an on-site health clinic open five days a
week through a partnership with Dr. Trevino and the University of
Texas Health Sciences. Seton Home residents and St. Peter-St. Joseph's residents use this on-site medical clinic for routine exams and non-emergency visits.

Mental Health Services

The agency provides support to residents as they battle addiction, emotional scars due to physical, emotional, and sexual abuse, and mental illness. Mental Health Care is provided by on-site therapists who provide scheduled therapy and crisis intervention. In addition, residents have access to a part-time Substance Abuse counselor for those battling a history of addiction. Each client participates in weekly group therapy sessions targeting issues such as anger management, substance abuse, and sexual abuse, and individual therapy.
